Giulia
Charter Manager & Owner
Giulia is the operational and strategic heart of Nababbo.
As Charter Manager, owner, and the point of reference for every onboard experience, she oversees the Nababbo project in every phase: from fleet management to experience planning, from client relations to the care of the details that truly make the difference. Raised at sea, she began sailing at a very young age on her father’s boats. Sailing came later, but quickly became a life choice.
Together with Francesco, she transformed an authentic passion into a solid entrepreneurial project, built on real experience, miles sailed, and bold decisions.
Giulia knows the boats because she lives them. She recommends them because she knows exactly who they are right for. This is what makes Nababbo different: every itinerary, event, or charter is born from a concrete vision, not from a catalog.
Today, Giulia coordinates charter activities, private and corporate events, major international occasions, and selected partnerships, always maintaining a human, direct, and highly professional approach.
Because behind every Nababbo experience, there is someone who truly knows and respects the sea.
Francesco
Francesco is today the technical and operational supervisor of the Nababbo fleet. He is the one who checks, verifies, anticipates issues, and ensures that every boat, every outing, and every experience meets the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. In short: if everything works flawlessly, his hand is behind it.
He also allows himself to be the sole captain of the love of his life. (No, it’s not Giulia… it’s “Nababbo.”)
He has been sailing his entire life. From family boats to offshore vessels, from regattas in the Mediterranean to commanding motor yachts, Francesco brings with him hands-on, technical, real-world experience—never theoretical.
He holds the highest professional licenses and certifications for navigation, both sailing and motor, and is the ultimate reference for everything related to the sea, boats, weather, routes, safety, and onboard management.
There is one thing that sets him apart more than anything else: there is no question Francesco cannot answer.
And you will never find him unprepared.
